Trained Rover Knight Shoulder Board

Trained Rover Knight (fully invested Rover Scout who has completed the Practical Training Stage) shoulder board (most Rovers will need two) worn on the uniform shirt epaulettes. 

This item should only be worn by invested and trained Rover Knights in the BPSA Rover program.
